lstrcmpW is not implemented on Win95/98/Me so these tests will always
succeed.
You should probably add a lstrcmpW call at the beginning and skip when
not implemented, something like:
SetLastError(0xdeadbeef);
lstrcmpW(markerW, nomarkerW);
if (GetLastError() == ERROR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED)
{
win_skip("lstrcmpW is not implemented\n");
return;
}
