You can find a list of issues of this type there:
http://fgouget.free.fr/wine-po/ar.check.html

The URL below also has a list of potential spelling issues but given
their number I wonder if aspell's dictionary is really up to the task:
http://fgouget.free.fr/wine-po/ar.spell.html

In both cases I would really appreciate if you could have a look, fix
what can be fixed and let me know about false positives so I can cull
the list.

One last point, I noticed that you also translated the messages for the
command line tools. Do they look ok in the GNOME terminal and other
similar tools? The issue came up for Wine 1.4 and at the time terminal
emulators where unable to deal with right-to-left languages which is why
I'm asking. In the end for Hebrew it was decided to not translate the
command line messages so users would have something usable.
