Wink is a mature project with various PPMC members that are experienced Apache people. Also, I don't see any benefit for the project to really stay as an incubator project for any longer as the IP clearance is done, there has been tons of releases, and we are welcoming and know how to get new people into the project. My personal opinion is to move on with graduation for wink as a new TLP.
