Dear Pak Syafril, Sy sdh coba pake Bandwith Limiter (KWF v6.2.0 Patch 1). Kami pake dial up connection. Limit downloads sy setting hanya 2 KB/s. Pada menu Advance sy setting "Apply to All except the selected service" : SMTP, POP3, IMAP. Pada menu "Constraints" sy setting "Apply to all except the selected address group" : 192.168.2.77 (IP komputer saya). Tapi setelah sy coba download di komputer yg IP-nya 192.168.2.72, kok speednya masih bisa sampai 3 KB/s ? Mohon advice-nya Pak. Trims.
