Rick,
Approx how many of your 1700 users are terminating an encrypted tunnel
in you Bluesocket WG2100 when that unit is straining? I am running 3 of
those same units under low load conditions without tunnels but would
like to know what I might expect as load increases. Thanks.

Subject: Re: [WIRELESS-LAN] Authentication/Encryption revisited

I have 171 aps and 1700 users on a wg2100, and it's feeling pain. I'm in
the process of buying their biggest box. That box is documented at 1000
users, but the say the user count is conservative - they suspect that
the
big box will handle my load with no trouble, based on the fact that
while
the middle-of-the-road box is feeling pain, everything does still work.
