The other bugs are;
CSCsc44326: WLC fails to respond to unicast ARPs to AP-manager2 interface
CSCeb53542: Inconsistency between CEF adjacency and ARP tables; unicast
pkt loss
Thanks all for all your help.

Brent,
Since the users are authenticating using unique usernames and
passwords, we run all DHCP services on the router, which includes
NetBios server information. I just found out that I am actually
working with two bugs. One on my distribution switch and another on
the controller. Our vendor has confirmed one of the bugs (CSCsc44326
), we are still waiting for confirmation on the other. Thanks.

Jorge,
I'm probably "reaching", but if your clients and NetBios server are on
different IP subnets do you need an IP-helper statement in router(s)
on the
client subnet interface(s) for the NetBios server's address?
Only issue we saw in testing the 3.2.116.21 code, 4404 controllers,
and 1010
AP's was that the AP's would occasionally lock after hours (sometimes
days)
of operation: the AP would appear to be operating fine when viewed in
WCS or
controller, but clients would not associate with it. Only way we
found to
return the AP to proper operation was to turn it off, remove it
(using WCS
or controller), then reintroduce it to the system. In the interim we've
remained on 3.2.78.0 for our live system until we can evaluate the
4.x.x.x
code.
Brent.

Subject: Users getting disconnected
Has anyone had a problem with users getting disconnected from the
wireless network every 4 hours or so. I get a hit on the wireless
at designated intervals (roughly) where they just get kicked off the
network. I have sniffed the traffic and noticed that every time a
disconnect takes place, the clients re-authenticate onto the
network. I really do not see anything out of the ordinary. I do
see a lot of requests going to the NetBios server and none coming
back, further confuses me. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks.
Jorge
