If I had to add one note, I would recommend that the second ESSID have it's
own BSSID (or MAC address).  Some clients/drivers don't like a broadcasted
or non-broadcasted ESSID without a separate BSSID.

This is the way we're going as well.   

802.1x TKIP -> WPA/WPA2 SSID
