This is from their FAQ at: http://www.securew2.com/node/16

Q: Can I continue using the old client? I've not budgeted for the expense of
the Distribution Edition, what do I do?

A: While SecureW2 maintains the distribution rights of all its software
binaries you can continue to re-distribute older clients/binaries prior to
2.0.X without acquiring a distribution license from SecureW2 (even if you've
not registered with us in the past). Re-distribution of clients with
versions later than 2.0.X is strictly prohibited under Section 3.1 of
license terms and requires a valid license.

Older clients will no longer be offered, updated or supported. All major
updates and bug fixes currently in the works including those for Windows 7
will not be incorporated in to older clients.

Did they change their license agreement for the newest version of securew2
or is it retroactive for all previous versions?

With the license change happening so close to the start of school, we
decided to get the distribution license. This will get us through the
year and give us time to determine a longer term plan.
