We have this all the time on our 7921 handsets, but as our wifi system is most definitely -not- specced for voice I didn't feel it worth the TAC's time. For this reason, in fact, we have not deployed the handsets to more than a few select techy types who understand limitations like this and will not gripe. What we did see is a certain amount of unusual roaming, yes. For example at 4am in the morning the handset might jump APs - but at that time of night there is not much changing in the radio space. If you find any leads then I would be happy to reconfigure our network to add a data point to your troubleshooting. regards, oliver. - -- Oliver Gorwits, Network and Telecommunications Group, Oxford University Computing Services -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkwWi1gACgkQ2NPq7pwWBt6F2QCg7sEY8f2hqm7J1I0rlEgRHWCH cVgAnRRMpvicfIzEbA9NNJ4yy8KI03tv =5rQD -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ********** Participation and subscription information for this EDUCAUSE Constituent Group discussion list can be found at http://www.educause.edu/groups/. ********** Participation and subscription information for this EDUCAUSE Constituent Group discussion list can be found at http://www.educause.edu/groups/.
