We are looking to hear from other institutions about client wifi and
methodologies…

When a student has 802.11 issues and you have validated the computer
configuration as well as the ability to connect in known environments:
1. How do you evaluate the connectivity in the Res Hall?
2. What defines an acceptable wifi connection(infrastructure perspective)?
3. Are there measurements taken that you use to show the student their level
of coverage?
4. How do you define an acceptable user connection(client perspective)?

Thanks Everyone,

dp
