Global IPv6 is disabled on the wlc, and I have also disabled ipv6 on the mac osx clients. I'm getting reports of this behavior on both 802.1X and also PSK ssid. Only thing so far I have been able to see is all on 5GHz when they have the issue.

So far the issue occurs only on the 5GHz radios in those models. Cisco was able to replicate last week, and is still working on root cause analysis.
