This helps troubleshoot wifi issues when people claim they aren’t getting the speed they want. It eliminates the variable of internet congestions and bandwidth management that we would get from just going to speedtest.net. It is also user friendly, so the help desk can send them a link and ask them to run it. However, it is flash based which means it doesn’t work on mobile. Also, ours just expired again (it does that every few months) and there doesn’t seem to be an update. Good time to look for another tool. Does anyone know of one we could host in our datacenter, that is user friendly, and that doesn’t require flash or java?
