We partner with Student Government and they send out the surveys only to students (our biggest wifi user). The questions range from feedback on experience, to areas that need improvement or coverage. The results are extremely useful as they provide us with guidance on where we need to focus our efforts. They are also great justification to go out and ask for money to our Tech Fee Committee. That's how I've been able to fund my projects.
