FWIW- I find these forums to be a mixed bag. Some great information for sure, and a lot of helpful Experts/Champions/Whizkids/Fashion Plates happy to share knowledge. That's the awesome part. But... that knowledge is sometimes at odds with what the vendor's party line is, and it's not uncommon to find that the expert advice from the forums is at odds with Tech Support, which is at odds with the local SE, which is at odds with the next person you engage, and so on.
