Like Joseph and Lee, LSU ResLife has been using the ASSA ABLOY door locks for quite a while. They support 802.1X and we’ve had no complaints.

We have a lot of ASSA ABLOY IN120 locks around that seem to work fine. I will admit to being against the use of them as battery powered wifi devices to save not having to run data/power, but we've had no complaints. I will still get on a soap box if you want to use wifi for video on a permanently installed TV though instead paying for a cable run. Thanks, Joseph B. I'm a bit concerned that there will be some impact to our 2.4Ghz clients (we have a ton of them out there still). Anyone else out there have these or something similar and can speak for how they work and if there are any issues in your environment? --greg Gregory A.
