The challenge with testing FT, either "enabled" or "adaptive" is that it will most likely work with the few devices you can test with, but the minute you enable it and expose it to all your client devices, there will be some that will just not play nice. At that point you either revert your config, or take a stance of "this is what we support moving forward, so, sorry". It's the nature of the game.

Certain Motorola cell phones had difficulty connecting intermittently, regardless if the phones were Android 10 or 11. When we set FT to "disabled", the Android clients in question were able to connect and roam between AP's and buildings without problems. Discovered this only after reading about the Cisco bug CSCvu24770. Have not tried to set FT to "enabled" to experiment yet.
