No not entirely. They aren't accepting new customers but are still
supporting existing ones. My problem is that the service has latency
issues and I'm tired of having a bad ping when playing Medal of Honor
Allied Assault. I'm gonna get DSL. But I'd like to do something cool
with this equipment. (don't ask how I got so much of it)
