Ulisses,
    BR350 and BR342 bridges have incompatible spanning tree protocols..
BR350's can only wirelessly associate with other BR350's, and BR342's can
only associate with other BR342's...  You need another BR350 in your diagram
so it looks like this:

1. BR350 - Root mode
            |            |
            |            Clients
            |
2. BR350 - Non-root mode
           |
           | Ethernet connection
           |
3. BR342 - Root mode
            |            |
            |            Clients
            |
4. BR342 - Non-root mode
            |
            Clients

This has the added value that the network performance for the clients is
much better at the both location 3 and location 4.
