This really should be in a FAQ on the BARWN web site.
Likely the cheapest way to connect would be to just run a directional
antenna into a client card. Point the antenna at the tower that
is on the west side of the line of towers. You should see an AP
with the SSID of "BARWN-Public". The AP is currently on channel
11.
If you have a spare machine around, then you are set. Just run a
U*NX of your choice (ours is FreeBSD) and set it up to route. You
will likely have to set up NAT to get a bunch-o-IP addresses on
your LAN side.
