GRComputing (http://www.grcomputing.net) is buliding a private
wireless network in Iraq, solely for NGOs. I have contacted the
company to see if it would be interested in working on a public
wireless net.

I have also made contact with the Coalition Provisional Authority
(http://www.cpa-iraq.org), and I heard yesterday that USAID is
now accepting unsilocited proposals. You can see my outline
proposal at
http://cherlin.blogspot.com/2003_06_01_cherlin_archive.html#kit

So who wants to go to Iraq and build something? Who wants to sit
at home and work out the architecture? Talk to me.
