Chris -

bad news - they killed their own domain
It was good through 2004, but they turned
it off (or quit paying their bill early for
hosting).

There are some phone numbers here of their
registered owners - you might try collecting
from them. Also notify *THEIR* local police
department of the fraud - often times small
town cops will go knock on the door on your
behalf when a merchant takes your money and
doesn't ship product - at least to confirm
that merchant is / is not in business any
more. I've even had the local PD research
telephone numbers and addresses to find the
former owners, then do a drivers license
search to find the owners, and knock at their
home address at night when I was scammed
on an ebay auction (I'LL NEVER USE EBAY AGAIN)

Also register with the internet fraud reporting
system - it won't help nearly as much as calling
the local PD - but it might help you getting
to the names of the individuals who ripped you
off if the local PD cooperates to determine who
they were.

Good luck!

Everett
