Has anyone else noticed the size difference between Duracell and
other brands of AA batteries? I peronally use a Garmin Legend (which I
very highly recommend), but I have to stuff aluminum foil into the springs
in the battery compartment, so that durring jostling, the unit doesn't
power-off.

I use Energizer NiMH batteries (1800mAh). There are 2400mAh NiMH
batteries available from vendors on the Internet, if anyone wants to post
a link.
