They are but I have absolutely no interest in doing this, it sounds so flakey and our power stuff is always problematic that I don’t want to mess around with something that will be more trouble than it's worth. Also, WiFI is so plug&play, no need to do support for the guests. Connecting peoples laptops' network connection to the AC sounds like an accident waiting to happen.
