I sold a bunch of dial up modems...etc to a guy in Namibia, Africa last year and he had to transfer the money via wire to my bank because PayPal wouldn't accept a bank out of that region. I feel that there is a good reason why PayPal does that :-)

This may still be an issue. I have a few customers that pay via bank transfer (one is from South Africa), so that may still be an issue.
