It looks like there's some wonky vhosting going on - while all the links work, they all point to www.invmedia.com, not www.wispa.org. (Also, the signup form doesn't need to have the /wispa-newacct.html part -- just http://signup.wispa.org/ works, and it looks a bit neater.) And I don't see any explicit statement of copyright on the site.
