Hi Mark!
I'd love to talk to someone that understands the
issue better than I do!
I've got to hit the road in a bit. I'll try
to call you after your lunch hour. I'll be on the road so forgive me for
not taking notes! grin

Marlon-
I'm representing PAETEC in the AT&T
proceeding and right now am writing part of the comments of the special access
coalition (check out our Sept. 22 filing in 06-74 where we proposed numerous
conditions). I'd be happy to discuss this proceeding (including the 2.5
Ghz issue, on which I wrote back in March - see http://news.com.com/Bumps+in+the+road+for+AT38T-BellSouth+merger/2010-1037_3-6057214.html
) with you or anyone writing for WISPA. I'd consider it a pro bono
activity, since I generally agree with your view of the merger.

I'll personally say that I don't think they
should be allowed to merge. We're getting far to close to the recreation
of Ma Bell. And companies that don't play be the rules already shouldn't
be rewarded by being allowed to combine their corrupt
efforts.
Should WISPA file anything?
