I don't think that's correct. I have an old Rohn book that shows you can go 30ft above the last anchor point and still be within loading specs.

We are using Rohn 25G equivalent towers bracketed to the building.....

More expensive I'd guess, but wind load here is pretty high.... And no guy wires...
