I thought it was very relevant to this list.  Thanks for posting it.  It
looks like they have already done one study located on the webpage.
http://apcointl.org/about/911/projects.php  Projects 38 and 41 give an
overview.  There are definite synergies between the Public Safety Field and
the WISP field that need to be developed further.  I do know that Marlon is
very interested in the coordination of disaster recovery efforts and WISPA's
role in mapping out provider networks so we can interact more positively
with FEMA and others during any time of need.
