Depends on what you mean by "cheap" and by "firewall". For a router with real firewall capability you can go with Mikrotik RB133C at less than $100 with case, power supply and RouterOS. If you want something "cheap" that is not really a "firewall", then I've always liked the Trendnet routers available all over the place.

Err that should be RB150 (not 133C). The RB150 is 5 ethernet ports and no mini-pci.
