There's no doubt I can get whatever I want out of the landlord (someone I know knows the owner of the only grain elevator in town). However, my opinion is that exclusive UL use is for the birds... Someone can build 1/4 mile away and put me out without violating any contracts. It sounds like I'll sweep the spectrum and then let them know what I'm doing as I'm doing it.

Subject: [WISPA] Working with other WISPs

I am planning expanding to a new tower. According to all of my competitor's web sites, no one really covers this location. I haven't dealt with most of them in the past. What is the best approach to frequency coordination or what is there to protect me if I approach them to work out a band plan, only to have them build there themselves?
