We have had a number of EZ connectors fail. Most/all the ones I saw fail were traced back to a EZ crimper that when replaced went away. Not all the pins would sink. An installer said we also had a bad run of EZ connectors once.
There not perfect and are certainly pricey. There about all we use now though.
