I guess there are a couple companies that make these and have several different models deployed, but this one sounds like the smallest one yet. I really hope these things take off, they're a great idea.

I was an electrician for almost 30 years. I've always thought someone would do this eventually, if they could ever get past the anti nuclear group.

Anyways we got a better deal than those things happening. Here on the Oregon Coast, there is a new technology being developed, "Wave Energy".

They take giant rubber bladders and connect them to the turbines at the bottom of the ocean and let the energy of the waves in the ocean billow the bladder to turns the generators and creates electricity.

There is no cost for fuel!
