In essence we do the same except we don't really need it broken down per customer- just import over to QuickBooks the totals for the different service types sold and then total deposits against that- any details about customer payments are in Platypus so we don't need to give customer service access to QuickBooks. So I guess the little bit of data we do manually each month is not that big a deal. Why do you need to move all that data from Platypus to QuickBooks anyhow?

You can have a Quickbooks database imported into Platypus if your wanting to start using Platypus- If your looking for something to replace Platypus then I cant help have not needed to do that.
