Yes, keep it on the wireless@wispa.org list. There are more lurkers on this list anyways so the seller might have a better chance of selling their equipment here. That said, if a member has equipment for sale that they want to give other members first dibs at, I don't think anyone will throw to big of a fit if it is posted on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] members list under those terms.
