HA! so true! At the Fed office where I do consulting they pay 3 figures for 768/128k DSL connections. If the DSL connection is greater that that, then they TURN THE SPEED DOWN to meet the requirements of the contract!
The same office pays 4 figures for Moves, Adds or Changes. Even if the change is moving the desk the DSL modem is sitting on...
