Mark, You did not mention what system you are using or cable type. However, if the CAT5 has a braided shield or a drain wire you can use a kit from Andrew that would be applied much in the same fashion as a coax ground kit. Depending on the length of your runs you may wish to ground the middle of the run as well. Typically you want to apply a ground kit at the top, within six feet of termination, middle, bottom and entrance to the cabinet or shelter. Grounds ahead of any 90 degree bend is also commonplace.
