Nope, just daiy chain the radios together:

Power Supply -> Up the tower -> radio1 portA -> radio 1 portB -> radio  
2 portA.

If you need another weather resistant "gland" you can buy one, or just  
drill a quick hole and put in a water proof wire fitting from our  
local electrical shop.

Port A - Port B on the radios is a switch.
