Do you mean manufacture them and ship them out so all you need to do is bolt and configure?
I know several vendors will do this. Eje of Wisp Router or Mike at TenX can give you a definite answer as far as what they ship you. I do all my own enclosures - if there is something wrong I can only yell at myself for making the mistake.
