It is usually chewed low, so we pull new cat 5 inside, the raise or cut the upper piece to under the eve, then use a small black plastic project box, $1.00, and a keystone or modular jack. That way, if they can't teach their dog manners, we have a easy spot to redo it. We don't use couplers at all, although in the project box it should also work. And we do charge for this. The only time we charge is if the customer requests the antenna to be moved, or they cause the problem (cut the cable, dog chews it, etc.). We've always tried to get the customer to pay something, especially when we have to replace equipment that goes bad. It's often turns into a whole ordeal where the customer gets mad, threaten to switch services, etc. We mainly use Alvarion equipment which is pretty reliable, but when they go bad, they're expensive to replace. Like to hear how others are doing it. Thanks, ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- WISPA Wants You!
