So he is suggesting that existing broadband consumers foot the $7billion bill via USF broadband taxes? I'd like to see what that fee calculates to. I bet the USF tax will be higher than the cost of broadband service. Clearly not in line with reducing costs of broadband for consumers. Does anyone know how much revenue USF brings in today?
