Thats what I was afraid of. I went back and did my own math and I didn't see how 5.8 would traverse the 7/8 correctly. Yet I would still think the spectrum analysis would pick something up, even if it was trash. Therefore I was questioning the ODU.
So basicaly, 5.8 must have a solid core. I did find several sites (not manufacture sites), that showed 1-1/4 heliax would work. Hmmm... I think I got some of that.
