Almost all are on leased land. They must stay up at least 2 years, free space to the seller for their equipment, then either continue on at "fair market" rates, or not.
Most all the tug operators I deal with, and for some reason its a fair number??? are primarily using cell. Don't take your organs to heaven, heaven knows we need them down here!
