Randy- We're just using the ghetto $10/mo. Pro account, it's great. We used to email the docs to customers from within the Echosign portal which gave more control over who can read them and it also let us know how long they had the link before they e-signed, could send reminders and all that fancy junk - but we've found the webpage model that we're using now overall is more efficient for us.
