Well, you can make them yourself by downloading the tiger data you need for your county/state and then using tgr2kml from http://freegeographytools.com/2007/convert-tiger-polygons-to-kml-files. Tiger files can be downloaded from census bureau at http://www.census.gov/geo/www/tiger/tiger2006se/tgr2006se.html. Of course you will need to know yoru sate and county fips codes available at http://www.census.gov/geo/www/fips/fips65/index.html. Have fun!
