Exactly. But I think he meant that in a 33 day period he only needed 24 hours of sun which comes out to be less than an hour a day. I think his math is flawed (perhaps calculating watts instead of watt hours) but I think that's what he meant. Getting 24 hours of sun in a 33 day period is probably doable even in Seattle but it's the wrong calculation. I think he needs a lot more than 24 hours of sun in a 33 day period.
