I need to hang a pac grid and a MT 411 board and run a cat5 line up to it. Seems like an engineering study is way overkill! :)

FWIW, Crown Castle is offering a Wispa discount. They are waiving the site application fees for WISPA members (around $1000 per site IIRC). Wispa sent out an ad 8/21 about it.
