Posting to multiple lists -- apologies if anyone gets this twice At some point last evening, RUS and NTIA released a modified version of the BIP/BTOP applicant mapping tool, which now provides public access to applicant mapping data. Right now, nothing has been loaded in terms of public notices or on the map, so the 30 day comment period has not yet started.
