The cost for radiax, mounting hardware, connectors, etc make it really cost prohibitive in an open air area. Radiax is best served in tunnels and corridors/ hallways as there is no gain factor, only loss. We have installed it up to 1800 GHz for PCS repeaters but I still prefer antennas and taps.
