OK, so one of my subscribers happens to be close to the Governor. He claims there is grant money (not loans) available to build out wireless in the 4 adjacent counties to ours. He also claims there are no strings attached. I've been against the "Obama money" on a number of different levels but the biggest reason are due to the strings. Does this grant sound to good to be true? -RickG
