Echostar's IPTV product is different from DISH Network's wholesale/resellable service. DISH cannot cross ROW's. Echo IPTV can, it was designed to do just that.
Middleware was something I wasn't too heavily involved in, to be honest with you. But I do know your IPTV STB won't run without it. Take a look at Minerva - great middleware.
